Cole Bannister grew up on the Rathdrum Prairie just west of Coeur d’Alene, and after years running crews for a national van line across the Inland Northwest, he started Stateside Movers to give North Idaho families one honest flat price and a crew that treats a Sherman Ave bungalow and a lakefront estate the same, snow or shine.
Licensed, bonded, insured
Stateside Movers is fully licensed and insured for Idaho and Washington moves and carries US DOT and MC authority. No one outside our payroll lays a hand on your move; the driver parked at your curb and the movers carrying each carton all collect a paycheck from us, never a subcontractor.
The office team
Rachel Vandergriff has run our front desk for nine years — scheduling, drafting written flat-rate quotes, and building the COIs that lakefront HOAs require. Hannah Boone keeps the daily truck board moving and watches the mountain-pass snow forecast.
Our crew chiefs
Wyatt Kessler leads on heavy pieces, pianos, and gun safes. Levi Sorenson runs the long hauls down I-90 and US-95, while Cody Trapp handles lakefront homes, cabins, and full-pack days.
